Job summary

Bayside Auto Group is hiring a Parts Warehouse Associate in Waldorf, MD. The successful candidate will process invoices, track parts, and manage shipping/receiving for multiple carriers as we move into a brand-new facility in 2027.

Requirements include at least one year of warehouse experience, a high school diploma, and proficient computer skills (Excel/Word/parts catalog software). Valid driver's license and work authorization in the United States are required.

Qualifications

• At least one year of warehouse and stocking experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• A working knowledge of computers, including internet research, Excel, Word, and parts catalog software.
• An open-minded individual who knows how to improvise when needed.
• A results-oriented individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
• A positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Process all parts invoices and packing slips, verifying prices and quantities and forward them to the accounting department in a timely manner.
• Track all incoming and outgoing parts.
• Check in parts orders from manufacturers' overnight deliveries.
• Handle shipping and receiving for manufacturer, UPS, and FedEx deliveries, and determine each package's final destination.
• Package and ship parts back to the manufacturer as needed, and complete the appropriate recordkeeping.
• Occasionally deliver parts to local businesses.
