Job summary

The role may involve outdoor work, nights, and weekends, with overtime as needed. The position emphasizes maintaining information systems, cycle counts, receiving inbound shipments, and supporting safety and housekeeping while contributing to a strong safety culture and ongoing

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent and up to 12–18 months of direct experience or training.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience acceptable.
• Ability to work outdoors and across multiple shifts, including nights/weekends if needed.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill parts requests by technicians and charge to the correct unit under repair.
• Observe all safety requirements and maintain a clean work area.
• Maintain JBHT information systems for parts receipts, shipments, inventories and usage.
• Receive inbound shipments of parts and stock them to proper locations.
• Conduct cycle counts and periodic inventories as required.
• Mentor and train other shop personnel and provide administrative support as needed.
