Job summary

Moyer Chrysler Dodge Jeep & Ram in Lebanon, PA is seeking a Parts Specialist to join our growing team. Prior automotive parts experience is helpful, but we are willing to train the right candidate who has a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.

Qualifications

• Automotive parts experience preferred but not required for right candidate.
• Knowledge of automotive systems and vehicle components is a plus.
• Experience with Dealertrack DMS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist retail, wholesale, and internal customers with parts and accessory needs.
• Answer customer inquiries in person, by phone, and online.
• Research and identify the correct parts using manufacturer catalogs and dealership systems.
• Process parts orders accurately and efficiently.
• Work closely with technicians, service advisors, and body shop personnel to support repairs.
• Review collision repair estimates to verify parts accuracy and pricing.
• Pull and stage parts orders for technicians and customers.
• Support dealership accessory sales and vehicle personalization programs.
• Maintain inventory organization and a clean work environment.
• Deliver a professional and friendly customer experience every day.
