Salary Range USD $21.00 - USD $25.00 /Hr.

As a Parts Specialist, you'll be the go-to resource for customers needing parts and accessories for John Deere and other equipment. You'll combine hands-on service with technical knowledge to assist customers over the phone and in person. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and takes pride in delivering outstanding customer service while supporting the overall efficiency and organization of the parts department.

Minimum Education Required

• Basic computer and data entry/keyboarding skills; ability to research parts online
• Previous parts or service experience in automotive, heavy equipment, or related industries preferred
• Ability to work flexible hours, including participation in a Saturday rotation
• Must have and maintain a clean driving record

Preferred

• Forklift certification
• Familiarity with John Deere equipment, or other agricultural, turf, or construction machinery
• Prior experience in parts sales, service, or inventory management

Compensation is competitive and based on skill level, experience, and knowledge.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent

Physical Requirements

• Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, kneel, climb, and reach throughout the workday
• Frequent use of hands for handling parts, operating tools, computer, and phone
• Must be able to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 75 lbs. regularly
• Requires close vision for reading, inventory, and computer work
• Must be able to communicate effectively in person and over the phone
• Sufficient hearing required to communicate in active warehouse and work environments
• Must be able to operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks (training provided if not certified)
• Work may involve exposure to varying temperatures, dust, and warehouse/yard environments
