Job summary

EchoPark Automotive is hiring an Automotive Parts Specialist at our dealership in Houston (Stafford), TX. You will be responsible for managing the inventory of the reconditioning team and thrive in a fast-paced, enjoyable work setting.

We seek self-sufficient team members who can maintain accurate records, act as inventory experts, and follow federal and local regulations while delivering excellent service.

Qualifications

• Experience with automotive parts inventory is preferred.
• Ability to work autonomously at a designated workstation.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Clean motor vehicle and criminal background records.

Responsibilities

• Keep records of repair orders, invoices, and special order parts.
• Ensure internal requests for parts are billed on service repair orders.
• Maintain parts inventory accuracy and availability.
• Follow safety and regulatory requirements.

Job Description

EchoPark Automotive is hiring an Automotive Parts Specialist at our dealership in Houston (Stafford), TX. As an EchoPark Automotive Parts Specialist, you willbe responsible formanaging the inventory of the reconditioning team. Ifyou’rea self-sufficient, resilient person who enjoys working in a fast-paced, fun environment, thenwe’relooking for you.

What You Will Do

• Makes sure all internal requests for parts are billed on service repair orders
• Keeps orderly records of all repair orders, invoices, andspecial orderparts
• Be a subject matter expert on parts inventory and availability
• Understand and follow federal, state, and local regulations, such as those governing the disposal of hazardous wastes, OSHAright-to-know, etc.
