Parallel Ag in Marshall, MO is seeking a Shipping/Receiving Professional to greeting customers and help them receive the agriculture parts they need to keep equipment running.

The role involves performing shipping/receiving duties, paperwork, and coordinating with carriers. A forklift certification and strong organizational skills are required. This position offers a day shift and opportunities for growth within the dealership.

Formación

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Certified to operate forklifts and hand trucks.
• Able to use technology and computer systems.
• Understanding of basic shipping and receiving guidelines.
• Good listening skills and ability to interpret customer needs.
• Proficient in computer skills.

Responsabilidades

• Unpacks and moves materials with lift trucks to correct areas.
• Examines shipments for damage and coordinates with shippers.
• Processes defective parts returns for replacement or credit.
• Maintains inventory of shipping supplies and reports needs to Purchasing Manager.
• Prepare shipping documents and mailing labels.
• Back-up to Parts Counter Professional.
