Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
• One year of experience in a retail or wholesale parts department.
• Must have a valid driver's license and a safe driving record.
• Ability to interpret vendor catalogs and use parts department computer systems.

Responsabilités

• Count, weigh or measure items on incoming and outgoing shipments; verify against invoices and orders.
• Determine method of shipment using knowledge of routes and rates.
• Keep bins, aisles and storage areas clean and labeled.
• Maintain receiving and shipping records and related logs.
• Unpack shipments, reject damaged items and coordinate with shippers on damages.
• Ensure outgoing shipments meet specifications.
• Maintain inventory of shipping materials.
• Operate heavy machinery (forklift, pallet jack, etc.).
