Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years related experience and/or training.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to proactively problem-solve and think logically.
• Must be able to lift 70 lbs (≈30 kg).
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Ability to use non-powered equipment (dollies, hand trucks, pallet jacks).
• Must meet company insurance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Shipping and Receiving: fills, packages and marks parts orders to meet delivery schedules.
• Picks and packs orders for counter staff.
• Receives ordered parts and checks for damage, quantities, and back orders.
• Assists with stocking and posting orders to expedite delivery to technicians and wholesale accounts.
• Assists parts drivers in loading/unloading parts.
• Reports parts low in stock to Parts Manager.
• Keeps the parts department clean and orderly.
• Pulls orders from packing slips for customers and shop repairs.
• Handles core returns and physical inventory counts.
