Job summary

Schnellecke Logistics is hiring for a Sorter to verify, scan, and organize parts, ensuring correct sequencing and placement in designated locations. This role supports production flow, inventory accuracy, and quality and safety standards on the shop floor.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication, attention to detail, the ability to distinguish colors, and a commitment to following standardized processes.

Qualifications

• Must have strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to accurately distinguish colors.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to follow standardized processes and instructions.
• Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred.
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
• Must be able to pass a drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Follow all safety policies, procedures, and standard work instructions at all times.
• Verify and scan parts to ensure correct sequencing and placement.
• Confirm all totes and containers are empty prior to processing and documentation.
• Ensure containers are staged accurately in designated locations.
• Perform visual quality checks on packaging and materials.
• Maintain accuracy and attention to detail in all sorting activities.
• Support operational efficiency by adhering to established workflows and processes.
