Job summary

Greenway-Equipment is hiring for a parts department role in Arkansas. The position focuses on selling and recording products to meet customer needs, maintaining displays, and handling shipments and stock orders.

The role includes warehouse duties and participates in ongoing training to support exceptional customer experiences. Ideal candidates have strong customer service skills and at least 1 year of Parts Department experience, with the ability to read basic department reports and manage stock

Qualifications

• Exceptional customer service skills.
• At least 1-year experience in Parts Department operations preferred.
• Ability to analyze and interpret basic Parts Department reports.
• Capable of putting up stock order.

Responsibilities

• Sells and records products and/or services to meet customer needs.
• Assists with preparing and maintaining merchandise displays.
• Verifies receipting-in of shipments and assists with placing Machine Down orders and adds input to the inventory analyst on Stock orders.
• Participates in all job-related training and development.
• Maintain parts warehouse including but not limited to stocking parts, etc.
