Job summary

United Ag & Turf in Texas is seeking a Parts Sales Associate to help customers, process transactions, and provide product information across locations. You will support in-store operations, stock parts, and maintain POS accuracy.

Experience in parts sales is preferred, and bilingual abilities are a plus. Join a team committed to excellent customer experience and strong product knowledge across departments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• One-year prior parts sales experience preferred.
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service with friendly environment and strong product knowledge.
• Stay up to date on product info, promotions, and advertisements.
• Assist display maintenance, floor moves and store housekeeping.
• Process and replenish parts stock; handle receiving and sorting orders.
• Follow United Ag & Turf policies and procedures.
• Complete sales transactions accurately at POS and maintain cash accountability.
• Open crates and containers; assist in inventory counting.
• Assist in counting parts and equipment inventory.

Purpose

Selling service parts, bulk fluids, attachments and accessories. In addition, performs in-store customer service, overall organizational promotion, and stocking duties. Identifies and provides complete parts solutions for customers.

Essential Functions

The following are essential functions of this position:

• Ensure that each customer receives outstanding customer service by providing customers with a friendly environment, maintaining outstanding standards, solid product knowledge and all other components of customer service.


• Maintain awareness of all product information, merchandise promotions and advertisements.


• Assist in display maintenance, floor moves and store housekeeping.


• Assist in processing and replenishing parts stock, participate in receiving and sorting part orders and keeping merchandise stocked on the floor.


• Adhere to all United Ag & Turf policies, procedures and practices.


• Accurately and efficiently complete all sales transactions and maintain proper cash accountabilities at POS registers.


• Open crates, boxes and other containers.


• Assist in counting of parts and equipment inventory.
