Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to walk-in, phone, and internal customers, assisting with part selection and product information.
• Process customer orders, pull stock, arrange shipments or pick-ups, and manage will-call and back orders.
• Maintain inventory accuracy by replenishing areas daily and ordering out-of-stock parts.
• Support service technicians by helping select parts for repairs and documenting repair orders.
• Handle payments, credits, tax-exempt sales, and related transactions.
• Stay current on products and participate in trainings to improve knowledge and sales skills.
• Keep a clean, organized work area and maintain equipment and counters.
• Operate company vehicles per safety policies and report incidents as needed.
• Complete all pre-employment checks as required.
