Titan Machinery in Lincoln, NE is seeking a Parts Sales Representative who will deliver exceptional customer service, drive parts sales, and help keep the parts department running smoothly.

In this inside sales role you will assist customers in person and over the phone, apply product knowledge to recommend the right parts, and use Titan’s systems for inventory management and invoicing. Travel up to 20% and flexible hours may be required.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of related work experience or a high school diploma/GED.
• Ability to travel up to 20% of the time and work flexible hours.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Keen attention to detail and initiative; able to work independently.
