As a Parts Sales Manager, you will drive sales, oversee inventory, and ensure timely deliveries, supported by the Store Manager and commercial leaders. We value strong leadership, flexibility to work mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime, and fluency in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop store team under Store Manager to deliver WOW! service.
• Monitor sales, inventory accuracy and store procedures for efficiency.
• Oversee cash handling, shrink control and merchandising.
• Support commercial and hub departments to meet delivery needs.
