Competenze

• Experience leading a retail team and driving sales targets.
• Strong communication in English; bilingual Spanish is a plus.
• Proven ability to manage store operations and inventory.
• Knowledge of safety standards and loss prevention.
• Customer-service excellence and team development.
• Ability to train and mentor staff in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with cash handling and POS procedures.
• ASE Certification is a plus for automotive retail environments.
