Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership and the ability to mentor and develop a motivated team.
• Strong communication skills with customers and staff; bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus.
• Track sales goals, inventory accuracy, and performance standards to drive results, with attention to shrink control.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store staff and commercial departments to ensure timely deliveries and excellent customer service.
