• Follow structured procedures, manage inventory and cash handling.
• Collaborate with commercial departments to ensure timely deliveries.
• Lead efforts to exceed sales targets and optimize inventory levels.
• Enforce PPE use and uphold safety standards.
• Resolve customer concerns and store operational issues swiftly.
• Support with returns, merchandising, and daily store operations.
