Job summary

AutoZone is seeking a Parts Sales Manager to drive sales performance and lead a high-performing team while delivering WOW! Customer Service in a bustling store environment.

You’ll coach staff, monitor inventory, and ensure accurate cash handling and safety compliance on a daily basis, supporting measurable improvements in service and efficiency. You will work under the Store Manager, guiding associates, maintaining store operations, and partnering with commercial departments to fulfill customer

Qualifications

• Leadership and team development experience in retail or automotive settings.
• Ability to manage flexible schedules including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop store staff under Store Manager guidance.
• Maintain clear communication with customers and employees for smooth operations.
• Monitor sales, inventory, and performance to meet targets.
• Follow store procedures, manage inventory and cash handling, and minimize shrink.
• Collaborate with commercial departments to ensure timely deliveries and customer needs.
• Drive sales targets through proactive merchandising and service.
