Under the Store Manager, MITs lead by example with initiative and strong leadership, supporting AutoZone’s mission of trusted automotive solutions. As a Parts Sales Manager, you’ll drive sales, mentor a high‑performing team, and ensure exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Leadership, integrity and decision‑making abilities.
• Full‑time availability including mornings, nights, weekends, overtime.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English.
• ASE Certification preferred.
• Experience in automotive retail.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and develop store team to meet goals.
• Maintain clear communication with customers and staff.
• Monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy and performance standards.
• Follow store procedures, manage inventory and cash handling.
• Collaborate with staff and department leaders for seamless operations.
• Drive sales and optimize inventory; handle returns processing.
• Enforce PPE and safety standards; promote risk management.
• Assist in managing commercial accounts and timely deliveries.
• Resolve customer concerns and store issues promptly.
