Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in supervising, training, and developing a high-performing team.
• Maintain clear, effective communication with customers and employees to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy, and performance standards to drive business results.
• Follow structured store procedures, manage inventory, oversee cash handling, shrink control, and efficiency.
• Collaborate with staff and department leaders to maintain seamless operations and customer service excellence.
• Lead sales and inventory management efforts to exceed targets and optimize merchandising.
• Enforce PPE use, promote safety, and uphold company safety standards.
• Support commercial accounts to ensure timely deliveries and customer satisfaction.
• Resolve customer concerns and store issues quickly while upholding company policies.
