AutoZone, Inc. is seeking a Parts Sales Manager to drive sales performance, lead a high-performing team, and deliver WOW! customer service while ensuring effective store operations.

Under the Store Manager's guidance, you will supervise and develop staff, manage inventory, handle cash and safety compliance, and support commercial accounts to meet goals and foster career growth in automotive retail.

Formación

• Leadership experience in supervising and developing teams.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assist Store Manager in supervising, training, and developing high-performing employees.
• Maintain clear, effective interactions with customers and employees for smooth operations.
• Monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy, and performance standards to drive business success.
• Follow structured store procedures, manage inventory, oversee cash handling, control shrink and ensure efficiency.
• Lead teamwork with store staff and commercial department leaders to maintain seamless operations and customer service excellence.
• Drive Parts Sales & Inventory Management to exceed targets and ensure timely returns processing and merchandising.
• Enforce PPE use, promote safety, and uphold company safety standards.
• Assist in managing commercial and hub departments to support timely deliveries and customer needs.
• Resolve customer concerns and store operational issues swiftly while upholding policies.
