Job summary

AutoZone is seeking a Parts Sales Manager in Springfield, IL to drive sales performance, lead a high-performing team, and deliver WOW! customer service while managing store operations.

You will supervise, train, and mentor staff, ensure inventory accuracy, and uphold safety standards, all while supporting commercial accounts and hub departments for timely deliveries. The role requires strong leadership, experience in automotive retail, and ASE certification.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience supervising and developing teams.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred.
• ASE Certification required or strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train a high-performing store team to achieve sales targets.
• Monitor inventory, cash handling, shrink control, and compliance with safety procedures.
• Support commercial accounts and hub departments to ensure timely deliveries.
• Provide WOW! customer service and maintain strong store operations.
