AutoZone, Inc. is seeking a Parts Sales Manager to drive sales, lead a high-performing team, and deliver WOW! customer service in a fast-paced automotive retail setting.

Under the Store Manager’s guidance, you will manage daily store operations, coach associates, and ensure seamless customer experiences. You’ll lead efforts in sales performance, inventory management, and merchandising while upholding safety, compliance, and company standards.

Responsibilities

• Leadership – Assist the Store Manager in supervising, training, and developing high-performing employees, fostering a motivated and engaged team.
• Communication – Maintain clear, effective interactions with both customers and employees, ensuring smooth store operations and positive experiences.
• Metrics Mindedness – Monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy, and performance standards to drive business success.
• Process Orientation – Follow structured store procedures, manage inventory, oversee cash handling, control shrink and ensure operational efficiency.
• Teamwork – Work collaboratively with store staff and commercial department leaders to maintain seamless operations and customer service excellence.
• Parts Sales & Inventory Management – Lead efforts to exceed sales targets, optimize inventory levels, and ensure timely returns processing and merchandising.
• Safety & Compliance – Enforce PPE use, promote risk management practices, and uphold company safety standards.
• Commercial Account Support – Assist in managing commercial and hub departments to support timely deliveries and customer needs.
• Problem Solving – Resolve customer concerns and store operational issues swiftly, always upholding company policies.
