AutoZone is seeking a Parts Sales Manager to help lead a high-performing team and drive sales while delivering WOW! Customer Service.

You will assist the Store Manager in supervising staff, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring smooth store operations in a fast-paced automotive retail environment. Ideal candidates have leadership experience, strong communication skills in English and Spanish, and ASE Certification.

Qualifications

• Leadership demonstrated with integrity and decisive decision-making.
• Excellent communication with customers and team in English and Spanish.
• Experience in automotive retail environments is preferred.
• ASE Certification required or strongly preferred.

Responsabilités

• Assist Store Manager in supervising and developing high-performing staff.
• Maintain clear, effective communication with customers and employees.
• Monitor sales goals, inventory, and performance standards.
• Lead efforts to exceed sales targets and manage inventory and merchandising.
• Ensure safety and compliance and proper cash handling.
