Responsibilities

• Follow store procedures, manage inventory, and cash handling.
• Collaborate with staff and department leaders to ensure seamless operations.
• Lead sales and inventory efforts to exceed targets and manage returns.
• Enforce PPE use, promote safety practices, and uphold safety standards.
• Support commercial accounts to ensure timely deliveries and service.
• Resolve customer issues promptly while upholding policies.
