Job summary

AutoZone is seeking a Parts Sales Manager to drive sales performance and build a high-performing team while delivering WOW! customer service.

You will work under Store Manager guidance to supervise staff, manage inventory, and ensure efficient store operations in a fast-paced automotive retail environment. You’ll lead by example, mentor team members, and partner with commercial/hub departments to meet delivery needs.

Qualifications

• Leadership demonstrated in supervisory roles.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and overtime.
• Communication skills in Spanish and English.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in supervising and developing a high-performing team.
• Maintain clear, effective communications with customers and staff.
• Monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy, and performance standards.
• Follow store procedures, manage inventory, oversee cash handling, and control shrink.
• Collaborate with staff and department leaders to ensure seamless operations.
• Lead parts sales and inventory management to exceed targets.
• Ensure PPE use and uphold safety standards.
• Support commercial accounts and hub departments for timely deliveries.
• Resolve customer concerns and store operational issues promptly.
