AutoZone, Inc. is seeking a Parts Sales Manager to drive sales performance and lead a high‑performing team in an automotive retail environment. You will support the Store Manager in supervising staff, ensuring WOW!

Customer Service, managing inventory, and delivering operational excellence. Ideal candidates bring leadership, strong communication in English (and Spanish), a track record in automotive retail, ASE certification, and a flexible full‑time schedule including weekends.

Responsibilities

Assist the Store Manager in supervising, training, and developing high‑performing staff.
Maintain clear, effective communication with customers and employees.
Monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy, and performance standards.
Follow store procedures, manage inventory, cash handling, and shrink control.
Collaborate with staff and department leaders to ensure service excellence.
Lead sales and inventory management to exceed targets.
Enforce PPE and uphold safety standards.
Support commercial accounts for timely deliveries.
Resolve customer concerns quickly while upholding policies.
