D & J Equipment is a family-owned business seeking a detail-oriented Parts Sales Associate in Longwood, FL. You will help customers with parts, upsell equipment and parts, and maintain organized stock in a fast-paced environment.

Typical hours are 8 am–5:30 pm with overtime opportunities. This role offers growth within a supportive team and exposure to leading brands like STIHL, Honda, and Exmark.

Qualifications

• Parts look-up experience
• Knowledge of small engines
• Ability to use a computer
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in a lawn mower shop is preferred
• Knowledge of current equipment is a plus

Responsibilities

• Assist customers by answering parts inquiries and guiding them to the right products on the counter or over the phone.
• Sell equipment and parts by matching customer needs with solutions.
• Receive, verify, and organize incoming inventory and restock shelves to keep a ready workspace.
