DVL Group, Inc. in Centennial, CO is seeking a Parts Sales Associate to handle calls, walk-ins, and warehouse duties in the Thermal Parts Sales Department. You will manage stock, prepare orders, and ensure timely parts availability for customers and contractors.

This on-site role requires lifting up to 50 pounds, experience with UPS/FedEx Ship Manager, and strong customer service. The position offers a comprehensive benefits package and growth opportunities within a safety-focused team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Parts warehouse experience preferred.

• Recent stacker experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls for Thermal Parts Sales and provide part numbers and quotes.
• Ensure parts are provided accurately and timely to customers/contractors.
• Prepare purchase orders and enter orders in systems.
• Receipt invoices and purchase orders in accounting system.
• Handle outgoing and incoming freight and warehouse duties safely.
• Print packing slips and ship parts; complete daily invoicing.

Job description

The Parts Sales Associate answers calls in an office and customer walk-ins for the Thermal Parts Sales Department. Handing shipments to customers and assuring parts are provided to customers or contractors as needed. This Associate also safely manages the warehouse including maintaining parts inventory levels, shipping and receiving duties for all UPS/FedEx and Common Carrier LTL shipments of products, equipment, and parts.

This job requires on site attendance Monday through Friday in our Centennial office.

What You Would Be Doing

• Answer calls for Thermal Parts Sales and obtains part number and price and provide this information as a quote to the customer.
• Ensures parts are provided to the customer/contractor correctly and timely
• Prepare purchase orders for any part needed. Enter orders via manufacturer and company computer systems.
• Receipt invoices & purchase orders into an accounting system.
• Handle all common carrier outgoing & receiving freight using electric pallet stacker experience to safely do warehouse duties including stocking parts and picking and packing parts.
• Print packing slip and ship and complete daily invoicing for parts.
• Maintain a clean, safe, neat, and orderly appearance in a low inventory warehouse including disposing of trash into dumpsters.
• Oversee inventory parts management. Perform actual physical inventory twice a year.
• Assist Parts Sales’ customer walk-in with parts pickups.
• Handle Thermal and Generator Service Department parts orders.
• Replace parts under warranty as needed.
• Weekly follow-up on overdue warranty returns from customers.
• Back-up for Parts Sales Coordinators in the other DVL offices as needed.
• Monthly Inspection of office fire extinguishers, AED Machine and other Safety requirements.
• Assist Parts Manager with inventory cycle counts.
• Follow safety standards including hazard communication to include safety data sheets, wearing Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), ladder safety, electrical safety, portable fire extinguishers, and manual lifting/handling.

Minimum Requirements To Apply

• High school diploma
• Parts warehouse experience preferred
• Parts sales/quoting experience are preferred, and service writer experience is considered
• Recent class two walk-behind stacker experience preferred
• Inventory management experience including palletizing parts to be shipped preferred
• Can regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds safely
• One year of daily computer experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office programs
• Excellent recent customer service experience
• Experience using UPS or Fed Ex Ship Manager or similar preferred
• Proven safety record with following safety standards including hazard communication to include safety data sheets, wearing Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), ladder safety, electrical safety, portable fire extinguishers, and manual lifting/handling

The salary pay range is $21.63 - $25.00/hour plus bonus based on relevant parts warehouse experience.
