Aire Serv is hiring a Parts Runner to support inventory management, parts ordering, and delivery to service technicians at multiple job sites. The role includes maintaining a clean workspace and assisting with vehicle inventory and shop organization.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication, a professional appearance, a positive attitude and the ability to operate warehouse equipment safely. A valid driver’s license and the ability to lift 50+ lbs are required, with experience a plus.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment safely (forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks). Certification may be required.
• Must be dependable and able to work well in a team or independently.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing and inventory management.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Able to lift and carry objects weighing 50+ lbs.
• 1 year of relevant experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Pick up parts at various supply houses.
• Order parts online.
• Deliver parts to service technicians at job sites.
• Assist Warehouse Manager with vehicle inventory and van swaps.
• Help organize and maintain inventory in the warehouse.
• Wash vehicles, trucks and equipment; assist with routine maintenance.
