Job Description

Summary:

TheParts Runnerplays a critical role in ensuring the efficient and timely delivery of automotive parts within the dealership. This position involves transporting parts between the parts department and service department, as well as assisting with inventory management and other related tasks.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Transport parts and supplies between the parts department and service department promptly.
• Ensure that parts are delivered accurately and to the correct locations within the dealership.
• Assist with receiving, stocking, and organizing automotive parts in the parts department.
• Conduct regular inventory counts and report discrepancies to the parts manager.
• Provide excellent customer service to technicians and other dealership staff by responding promptly to parts requests.
• Assist with locating and retrieving parts for technicians as needed.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the parts storage areas.
• Assist with packing and shipping parts to customers or other locations as required.
• Accurately record and track parts deliveries and returns.
• Ensure that all paperwork is completed correctly and submitted in a timely manner.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Physical ability to lift and carry heavy parts and supplies.
• Previous experience in an automotive dealership or parts department is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• All applicants must be authorized to work in the USA.
• All applicants must be able to demonstrate ability to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, drug test, and valid driver license.

Compensation (Hourly):

• $15.00 to $16.00/ hour

Schedule:

• FULL TIME
• 5 days a week / 2 days off
• Sundays off
