Job summary

Campers Inn RV is seeking a Parts Runner to pick up and deliver parts to vendors, sublet partners, and internal teams, ensuring timely service flow and reduced technician downtime.

The role collaborates with Parts Advisors and Service teams to verify parts accuracy, communicate updates, and respond to urgent needs, contributing to smooth operations and customer satisfaction at Campers Inn RV.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is required.
• Previous experience in automotive or RV service is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and provide excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Parts transport and delivery to vendors, sublet partners, and internal departments.
• Assist stocking, organizing, and staging inventory; support receiving processes.
• Coordinate with Parts Advisors and Service teams on urgent parts needs and provide updates on delivery status.
• Safely operate company vehicles for parts transport and perform basic vehicle checks.

Campers Inn RV is looking for a Parts Runner! This role is responsible for picking up and delivering parts to and from vendors, sublet partners, and internal departments to keep the service flow moving and minimize technician downtime. This role works closely with Parts Advisors and Service teams to verify parts accuracy, communicate updates, and address urgent needs.

Essential Job Functions

• This is a safety sensitive position
• Parts Transport & Delivery
  • Pick up and deliver parts to and from vendors, sublet partners, and internal departments
  • Ensure timely delivery of parts to technicians to support service flow and reduce downtime
  • Verify parts accuracy upon pickup and delivery
• Operational Support
  • Assist Parts Department with stocking, organizing, and staging inventory
  • Support receiving processes when needed
  • Maintain clean and organized parts areas
• Communication & Coordination
  • Utilize email for internal and vendor communication
  • Coordinate with Parts Advisors and Service teams on urgent parts needsProvide updates on delivery status and delays
• Vehicle & Equipment Responsibility
  • Safely operate company vehicles for parts transport
  • Perform basic vehicle checks and report any issues immediately

Qualifications

• Education:
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required
• License & Certifications:
  • Valid driver’s license and good driving record is required
• Experience:
  • Previous experience in automotive or RV service is preferred
• Abilities:
  • Have strong motivational skills and ability to work independently
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Basic computer skills to manage inventory and customer databases
  • Ability to communicate in a professional and tactful manner
  • Knowledge or ability to learn company system applications, such as Motility Systems2K, and other software as applicable
  • Requires continuous visual ability for use of computer, files, and reports
  • Requires stooping, and lifting
  • Ability to bend or sit for long periods of time
  • Ability to reach above shoulders and lift a minimum of 20 pounds
