Job summary

Winrock-Automotive-Group in Little Rock, AR is seeking a Parts/Delivery Helper to support the parts and service teams. You will deliver parts to technicians, stock the parts area, and assist with vehicle movement and sublet repairs.

This role requires basic education, strong communication, teamwork, and the ability to follow policies. You will help keep the dealership running smoothly and ensure customer rides when needed.

Responsibilities

• Delivers parts to technicians.
• Ensures parts department areas are stocked.
• Assists service by moving vehicles and delivering for sublet repairs.
• Gives customers a ride to and from the dealership, if required, when vehicles are brought in for service.
• Picks up and/or delivers parts to designated accounts when instructed by the parts or service departments.
• Ensures the cleanliness of the parts department by disposing of used boxes and trash, sweeping floors, and dusting parts bins daily.
• Crates all cores for shipment back to the manufacturer when the part has been replaced.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Assists the service department by moving vehicles as needed and delivering vehicles to other repair facilities for sublet repairs.
• Gives customers a ride to and from the dealership, if required, when vehicles are brought in for service.
• Picks up and/or delivers parts to designated accounts when instructed by the parts or service departments.
