Job summary

Murphy-Hoffman Company, LLC is North America’s largest Kenworth truck dealership group and leasing company. We have an opening for a Pick Up and Delivery Driver to operate a company vehicle within the Des Moines area, hauling parts and supporting the Parts Department with stocking and logistics.

The role emphasizes planning, organization, and scheduling of parts pick-up and delivery, with safety and reliability as priorities.

Qualifications

• Prefer parts related experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience dealing with the public in sales/service capacity.

Responsibilities

• Picks-up and delivers parts as assigned, in the most efficient manner.
• Assists the shipping and receiving clerk in checking in and stocking parts.
• Ensures proper safety, care, and maintenance of company vehicles assigned to the Parts Department.
• Maintains driving record within company requirements.
• Maintains the fuel and maintenance log.
• Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.
