Responsibilities

• Accurately pick parts using pick tickets or electronic scanning devices.
• Retrieve items from designated warehouse locations.
• Verify correct items, quantities, and specifications for each order.
• Inspect parts for damage or defects and report issues as needed.
• Safely operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, carts, scanners, cherry picker or forklifts.
• Stage, label, and prepare parts for packing or shipment.
• Help maintain organized inventory and report discrepancies or low stock.
• Follow all safety guidelines, including proper lifting techniques and PPE usage.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to keep workflows smooth.

Physical & Work Environment Expectations

• Standing, walking, bending, reaching, and lifting throughout the shift
• Regular lifting of 20–50 lbs (with assistance or equipment as needed)
• Moderate stress level in a deadline‑driven environment
• Active role throughout an 8‑hour workday

Employment Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and ability to meet motor vehicle report standards
• Ability to pass pre‑employment drug and background screenings
