A leading automotive dealership in San Juan is seeking a Parts Manager to oversee the profitability of the Parts Department. The ideal candidate will manage personnel, maintain parts inventories, and ensure financial oversight. Strong automotive knowledge and management skills are essential for driving department success. Mercedes-Benz of San Juan is looking for a highly motivated Parts Manager for our growing Parts Department. The Parts Manager is responsible for profitability in the department along with maintaining two separate parts inventories. To achieve this, they must effectively manage parts department personnel, have a strong knowledge of the automotive parts industry, and an in-depth understanding of financial data. This individual generates additional revenue to the dealership through careful scrutiny and oversight of parts inventory mix and volume, purchasing policies, merchandising and quality control. Mercedes-Benz parts management experience preferred.
Core Responsibilities:
Develop Parts Department annual operating budgets, set measurable goals and objectives, and develop strategies to achieve them.
