Job summary

EquipmentShare is hiring a Parts Manager for our Aransas Pass, TX rental facility. You will manage parts inventory, purchasing, invoicing, quotes, and coordinate with service and delivery teams to keep operations running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Budgeting experience required.
• Knowledge of Excel and spreadsheets.
• Excellent customer service, organizational, time management, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise parts inventory, purchasing and invoicing.
• Obtain and prepare parts quotes.
• Order and manage parts inventory for rental equipment.
• Coordinate parts inventory from manufacturers and communicate with vendors for company and customer owned equipment.
• Confirm invoice accuracy.
• Coordinate with the Service departments and delivery schedules.
