Job summary

CarGuys Inc. is seeking an Automotive Parts Manager for a dealership client in the Charlotte area. This role oversees the parts department, manages inventory, and drives profitability through effective control of parts pricing, supplier relationships, and timely service.

The ideal candidate has several years of Parts Manager experience, strong budgeting and forecasting skills, and excellent communication. Growth opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package are offered.

Qualifications

• Several years of automotive parts management experience.
• Ability to forecast department goals and budgets.
• Knowledge of inventory turnover and control processes.
• Experience developing wholesale parts programs and pricing strategies.
• Strong communication with coworkers and customers.

• Oversee daily operations of the parts department.
• Forecast goals and prepare annual budgets for the department.
• Manage inventory levels to ensure turnover targets.

Ideal Candidate

• Have at least a few years of Automotive Parts Manager Experience
