Qualifications

• Minimum of two (2) years of logistics, retail, or customer service experience.
• Hazmat cert is preferred.
• Forklift certification is preferred.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and ship parts orders.
• Receives, verifies, inspects, and stores incoming parts for easy accessibility.
• Perform warehouse transfers between departments.
• Deliver Service Parts Requests.
• Pull parts to deliver to production floor or create kits.
• Check-in Returns of Parts orders.
• Facilitate supplier returns; obtain RMA and package parts for return.
• Prepare daily order shipments via carriers/portals in ERP system.
• Verify and record on incoming/outgoing shipments against bills of lading and invoices.
• Receive and unload incoming materials; verify quantities and match to PO.
