Job summary

DOC Services, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Fort Mill, SC to receive, store, pick, pack, and ship parts for customer work orders and technician replenishment.

You will communicate with technicians and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of service requests. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, strong attention to detail, basic math, and solid computer skills to process transactions and track inventory.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to plan, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic math skills for counting and verification.
• Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office and company systems).
• Dependable, accountable, and able to work independently.
• Experience with FedEx and/or UPS shipping systems (preferred).
• Forklift experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and process inbound shipments (verify part number, quantity, and condition).
• Pick, pack, label, and ship parts for work orders and replenishment.
• Complete system transactions (receipts, transfers, shipments) accurately.
• Support returns (RMA), core returns, and warranty shipments.
• Assign stock locations, perform put-away, and maintain organization.
• Perform cycle counts and assist with inventories; resolve variances.
• Communicate order status with technicians, supervisors, vendors, and internal customers.
• Maintain a clean, safe warehouse area and follow safety procedures.
• Operate material-handling equipment as trained.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
