This role is highly visible across the organization and directly impacts our ability to deliver on our service promise.

This is an execution‑focused role with a clear path toward increased responsibility and advancement into the Parts and Logistics Coordinator role for those who consistently perform. Success in this role is measured by order accuracy, fulfillment speed, inventory accuracy, and overall customer satisfaction.

This position is best suited for someone who enjoys staying busy, takes pride in getting things right the first time, and thrives in a fast‑moving environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive, process, and fulfill parts orders (phone, email, online, and walk‑in) with speed and accuracy.
  • Pick, pack, box, crate, and ship orders to ensure on‑time delivery.
  • Support customers and technicians with parts identification and replacement needs.
  • Receive and accurately record incoming vendor shipments.
  • Assist in maintaining inventory accuracy through cycle counts and physical inventory.
  • Stock and replenish service technician vehicles with approved parts inventory.
  • Support vendor communication and order placement as directed.
  • Assist with maintaining accurate customer pricing and vendor cost data.
  • Provide responsive, solutions‑oriented service to internal and external customers.
  • Communicate effectively with service, sales, and accounting teams to ensure smooth order flow.
  • Respond quickly and professionally to customer inquiries and service requests.
  • Assist with invoice generation and workflow coordination through company software (Southware).
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse and parts counter.
  • Read and interpret parts manuals and service documentation as needed.
  • Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
  • Participate in team meetings and ongoing training.
  • Perform additional duties as needed to support the operation.
Physical Requirements & Working Environment
  • Frequent standing, walking, and movement throughout warehouse and shop environments.
  • Ability to lift up to 75 pounds (team lifts available when needed).
  • Exposure to varying conditions including heat, cold, noise, and warehouse/shop environments.
  • Ability to work in office, warehouse, and light kitchen environments.
  • Occasional evening or weekend availability as needed.
  • Willingness to work overtime with a positive, “Plus 1” attitude.
Qualifications & Skills
  • High School diploma required; Associate degree or technical/trade school training preferred.
  • Equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience will be considered.
  • Experience in a fast‑paced, accuracy‑driven warehouse, parts, or customer service environment preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑accuracy environment where attention to detail is critical.
  • Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Strong sense of urgency, accountability, and attention to detail.
  • Customer‑focused mindset with the ability to ask the right questions and solve problems effectively.
  • Comfortable using smartphones, tablets, and computer systems; Microsoft Office experience preferred (Southware a plus).
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities without losing accuracy.
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal); bilingual (Spanish) a plus.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments.
  • Ability to think critically and operate with minimal supervision.
  • Must pass background check and drug screen; valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record required.
