Responsibilities

• Assist customers in person, over the phone, and via email with parts and accessories needs.
• Identify and recommend parts based on customer requirements.
• Process parts sales transactions accurately and professionally.
• Support service technicians by locating and issuing parts and materials.
• Develop and maintain strong product knowledge.
• Receive, inspect, verify, and stock incoming inventory.
• Maintain inventory records and perform cycle counts.
• Pull and prepare customer and intercompany orders.
• Verify incoming and outgoing shipments and maintain documentation.
• Operate forklifts and material handling equipment when authorized.
• Keep showroom, warehouse, and outdoor lot clean and organized.
