Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong leadership, sales and inventory management experience.
• Experience developing/coaching a high performance sales team.
• Prefer knowledge of Harley-Davidson motorcycles or ability to quickly learn them.
• Experience with POS and Parts & Service management software; proficient with MS Office and email/internet.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain an efficient P&A department.
• Ensure staff are trained and available; meet service department needs.
• Review stock orders for fast-moving, balanced inventory.
• Maintain adequate stock and accurate inventory; manage OTB.
• Recruit, hire and train P&A staff; provide coaching and supervision.
• Generate inventory reports and control systems; manage promotions.
