Job summary

Novo Nordisk in Clayton, NC seeks a Spare Parts Inventory Specialist to ensure availability and control of spare parts for repair and maintenance of equipment. You will manage inventory, identify parts, and ensure timely delivery to support production and maintenance activities.

You will work with the Associate Manager/Manager, participate in projects, and use SAP MM to track inventory, receipts, and movements while performing routine cycle counts and maintaining compliance with safety and

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Supply Chain/Material Management or related field with 1+ year inventory control/warehouse experience.
• Or, HS diploma with 3+ years inventory control/warehouse experience.
• Experience with SAP MM module preferred.

Responsibilities

• Participate in and support project work related to spare parts.
• Communicate with vendors and manage interactions.
• Use SAP to manage spare part inventory, movement, receipt and goods issue.
• Execute incoming material inspection process.
• Perform preventative maintenance tasks on parts in storage.
