This role involves using a variety of tools and materials to ensure high-quality finishes and structural integrity.Essential Functions:Examine and measure boat parts and components to ensure they meet specified standards and tolerances.Use precision tools and equipment, such as calipers, micrometers, and coordinate measuring machines, to verify dimensions and detect defects or inconsistencies.Meticulously document inspection findings and maintain accurate records of quality checks.Diversity of thought and experiences is fundamental when imagining the unimaginable. Must possess the desire and ambition to always work safely and report all hazards to their supervisor immediately.Must understand basic terminology such as OSHA, DEP, and other regulatory agencies.Must be able to wear required personal protective equipment where designated, including but not limited to safety glasses, hearing protection, gloves, etc.The pay range for this position is $21.42 - $24.05, hourly. The actual base pay offered will vary depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, relevant experience, business needs, and geographic location. In addition to base pay, this position may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus or short-term incentive program.
