U-Haul is seeking a Parts Foreman to manage the shop’s parts catalogue and inventory. You will leverage U-Haul’s proprietary tools to ensure parts are available for fleet repairs and coordinate with internal teams and vendors.

The role emphasizes strong organizational skills, forklift certification, and reliable communication to maintain smooth operations in a busy repair shop environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain adequate inventory to support fleet repairs.
• Communicate effectively with internal supply chain, vendors and freight carriers.
• Maintain purchase orders, pay bills and reconcile issues.
• Audit inventory levels, reduce obsolescence and return unused parts.
• Team members may assist in additional areas as directed by supervisor.
