Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Successful completion of WORKKEYS with a score of 5 or higher on ETHICON required modules (GOLD Level).
• Strong record of accomplishments with automated equipment is preferred.
• Attending and completing required training and keeping up with process control changes.

Responsibilities

• Read diagrams, sketches, blueprints, and operation manuals for equipment.
• Input and retrieve maintenance data, maintaining accurate records.
• Follow current compliance regulations and ETHICON policies.
• Work according to environmental policies and procedures.
• Identify and solve manufacturing breakdowns and meet deadlines.
• Maintain clean work area and assist others as needed.
