Job summary

PCC Schlosser is seeking a Parts Expeditor to keep manufacturing operations moving and support production teams across departments.

You will verify parts, transport materials, operate relative equipment, and assist in maintaining clean, organized, and efficient production flow. A hands-on role with active problem solving and safety discipline.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Basic reading and math skills are expected.

Responsibilities

  • Verify parts by matching part numbers with the correct paperwork.
  • Pick up and deliver parts and travelers between departments.
  • Drive parts between locations using a company vehicle.
  • Perform sandblast and shot blast operations on castings.
  • Use a forklift to perform general utility work as assigned.
  • Support general plant operations and production flow.
  • Participate in 6S activities to keep the facility clean and organized.
  • Follow all safety rules and operate equipment responsibly; assist with additional tasks as needed.

About the Role

As a Parts Expeditor, you play a key role in keeping our manufacturing operations running smoothly. You’ll move parts between departments, support production teams, operate equipment, and help ensure everything flows efficiently from one step to the next. What You’ll Do

Physical Requirements

  • Regular bending, reaching, lifting, pulling, and pushing
  • Ability to lift up to 35 lbs
  • Comfortable with repetitive hand motions
  • Ability to work in environments with noise, dust, chemicals, and temperature changes
