Job summary

Rush Truck Centers is seeking a Parts Driver in the United States to deliver parts to customers and pick up parts from suppliers for the dealership. This role supports the parts team and helps ensure timely deliveries and accurate paperwork.

You will verify invoices, coordinate last‑minute pickups, stock orders, and assist shop technicians and retail accounts. A high school diploma and three months of delivery or customer service experience, plus a valid driver's license, are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Three months' experience in customer and delivery services.
• Must possess a current and valid driver license with a driving record that meets insurability guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Pick up and deliver parts to customer, wholesale accounts, and suppliers.
• Check before leaving to coordinate any last minute pick-ups or deliveries.
• Assist with pulling customer order(s) when requested.
• Verify that invoice matches purchase order for each pick-up.
• Check payments received with the invoices for each delivery.
• Keep accurate log of daily deliveries and pick-ups. Request recipient's signature on each delivery entry.
• Unload truck each night. Turn in all paperwork and undelivered parts.
• Help with stocking and posting orders when they arrive to expedite delivery to shop technicians and retail accounts.
• Assist in warehouse as requested by leadership.

Basic Qualifications:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
