Job summary

Castle Automotive of Downers Grove is hiring a full-time Parts Driver. If you enjoy being on the road and delivering parts on time, join our team and support daily service operations with a focus on accuracy and service.

The role requires a valid driver's license, a high school diploma, and good communication. You will organize deliveries, keep the delivery truck clean and operable, and work with the Parts Manager to schedule and identify clients. Compensation is $16–$18 per hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Knowledge of dealership operations.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Willingness to learn and grow within the company.

Responsibilities

• Organize schedule of deliveries
• Maintain cleanliness and ensure delivery truck is operable
• Perform safe pick-up and deliveries
• Keep parts department up-to-date on delivery schedule
• Work with Parts Manager to identify potential clients
• Complete sales calls as determined by the Parts Manager
• Perform all other duties as assigned

What You’ll Bring to the Team:

• Previous parts and/or parts driving experience is preferred
• Knowledge of dealership operations
• Willingness to learn and eager to grow within the company
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication skills
• Prompt and courteous demeanor
• Positive and hardworking personality
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Parts Driver Responsibilities
